Let me know what you need to know about converting to 5x114.3. Your wantingto keep your 5mt right? Happen to know what year yout 5mt came from or if it has stub shafts or "plug ins" Live the bugeye, Im fond of AW bugs

In the rear its more expensive, youll need a complete hub to hub r180 from a 06 sti for the 3.54 ring gear( knuckles, brakes, lateral links, axles, ebrake cables).
The front you will need 05+ knuckles, 05+ axles front for the relocated tone rings and they are much stronger than the wrx ones ayways. 05+ lower mounts for your coilovers. You CAN use your oem front brakes and rotors and redrill the rotors for 5x114.3 or get the UK/jdm fhi 5x114.3 rotors, the rear will have to be brembos take offs. Only reason I mention the use of wrx front brakes would be for a drag wheel setup, if not you can use oem brembos. You can recoop some of your money from selling your wrx parts, the diff should sell faster due to the lsd being in it. Then wheels of course. If you had the pinned front axles you would have to either convert to plug in style shafts or use tone ring spacers like I did on early 04 sti front axles. Thanks for the compliment, I need to get mine going again and get on track. |
