Default Mar.2nd at RalliSpec - full details

To clear up any confusion here is full details on the open house at RalliSpec on Mar. 2nd aka "RalliSpec is back meet".

Time: Noon - 5pm
Location: 3225 Sylon Blvd. (3200 bldg. unit 25)
Hainesport Industrial Park
Hainesport, NJ 08036
Phone: 609 702 7800
email: [email protected]

Directions:
From New Jersey Turnpike take exit 5. At the light make a right on Rt.541 South. Make right just before the 3rd traffic light to stay on Rt.541 South. At 2nd traffic light make a right onto Marne Highway (Rt.537). Travel approx. 2 miles and Hainesport Industrial Park will be on left hand side across from Carollo's Bar. Make a left onto Delaware Ave. to enter the industrial park. At 2nd intersection make a right onto Sylon Blvd. RalliSpec is in the 3200 building (first parking lot on left). Unit 25.

From I-295 take exit 43 for Rancocas Woods / Delran. At top of off ramp turn in direction of Rancocas Woods (from North bound it will be a left turn at top of ramp). Follow to 2nd traffic light and make a soft right turn onto Marne Highway. 1/4 mile up the road on right hand side is the entrance to Hainesport Industrial Park. Turn right onto Delaware Ave. to enter. At second interesection make a right onto Sylon Blvd. RalliSpec is in the 3200 building (first parking lot on left). Unit 25.

From Philadelphia take I-76 East to I-676 across Ben Franklin Bridge. Stay left after bridge to get onto US-30. Follow signs for Rt-38 East...you will be staying to the left at the overpass. Take Rt-38 East for approx. 13 miles until the Ark Road Exit. The exit will be about 3 miles after you pass the I-295 on-ramps. Take the 2nd Ark Road exit in order to go around the jug-handle immediately in front of the Prospector's Bar & Grille. You will then cross over Rt-38 going North on Ark Road. At 2nd traffic light after crossing over Rt-38 make a right onto Marne Highway (turn right after railroad tracks). 1/4 mile after going through the first traffic light look for Hainesport Industrial Park on right hand side. Turn onto Delaware Ave. to get into the park. At 2nd intersection make right onto Sylon Blvd. RalliSpec is in the 3200 buidling (first parking lot on left). Unit 25.

Parking: Parking will not be allowed in the 3200 building parking lot. Instead we ask that you park in the lot across the street and next door. We will try to direct traffic to point you guys in the right direction.

Food: We will be serving food and soda at the event between 1-3pm. Since we are expecting a rather large crowd we've decided on a minimal charge to help cover the costs of the food. I hope you guys understand. It will probably be around $1 or $1.50.

Parts sales: We will be offering a 10% discount on all orders taken during the meet. I am also hoping to have a printed catalog w/ pricelist and parts info to hand out.

Service: No service work is to be done at the event.

Outside vendor sales: Anyone interested in selling their own products at the meet are welcome to contact me to work out some sort of arrangement if you like.

Questions should be directed to me via email. Hope to see everyone there!

The garage will be closed, Dave will not be doing any kind of service work, installs etc.

Feel free to make appointments for future dates though.

the meet is an open house...you get to hang out with scooby peeps, poke around the new shop, and BUY BUY BUY BUY!

Dave,

Because I know this goes on everybody's mind....do you or will you have a problem if people decide to install stuff on their own? Like wheels, brakes and stuff....

You know that's very common at meets...right Jay???

From 295 exit 43A wouldn't you make a soft left turn onto Marne Highway(2nd light)?? That would take you in the direction of the gas station across the street from the entrance to Hainsport industrial park??? Just wondering...

Dave will have to help with the directions he provided cause im not sure.

I used mapblast and entered Hainesport Industrial Park as the destination and it worked fine for me.

Elm, Im sure small installs in the lot would be ok, but not brakes....I dont think the nieghbors in the complex would appreciate it. Strut bars and small things like that I do not think will be a problem.

This is not like their old shop, they have many neighbors in the complex, we dont want to step over any lines, but ill let dave answer this in full.

i think that we should still have it no matter what.

It is ok to have it in the rain, it is ok to have it in the sun, but best of all would be if it snowed alot insted of rained. Then we could all be together and go have some fun after the meet.

It's going to rain all weekend according to the Weather Channel. If it does, I'll stop by but I cant see myself standing in the rain all day. Pray for snow

Hey,

We have a bunch of guys driving up from Va, MD and the PA area. Before we drive all the way up there, a bunch of us want to know: IS it or is it not going to rain? what are the temps? We hope to come up saturday, but weather.com says rain and that is making alot of us turn away from this meet. I for one will go rain or shine, but who knows about the rest...

Well... I just checked both http://www.weather.com and http://weather.yahoo.com and they both say that there's going to be a Wintery mix of snow, rain and ice.

We can't really tell what the weather's going to be like. Hopefully it will be alright so we can get this meet going.

Well, I've been tuning into all the local forecasters, and they say sunny on Sat. and rain on Sunday.

Weather.com and Weather Channel (same thing) have not been too reliable unless it's today's and tonight's forecasts

By tomorrow we'll know for sure what it's going to be....

I know there's going to be no rain...anybody wanna bet? I got $50 right now saying no rain on Saturday...
