Post Subaru Rally in Steamboat on 16th. Anyone else hear about it

This is what I got off a list on www.mountainbuzz.com

Saturday, June 16th we'll be having a "Subaru Rally" on Yampa Street in Steamboat. The event will consist of parking your car and opening all the doors for others to enjoy. Bring your subee (un-washed), park with us and share in the pride. Prizes (small ones) for "most miles" and "oldest to make it to Yampa Ave on its own" will be awarded. This is a Tounge-in-Cheek event; The Ford Mustang Rally will be held on Main Street the same day.

Well I finally got to speak to somebody. The event is just what it says above. No real rally, just park the car and let everyone enjoy. Well I'm probably going to the Boat anyway just to kayak and see some friends...maybe find some roads to fly down by myself. Hehe

Thumbs up

Well, I was thinking of coming out that way anyways I lived in Steamboat a few years ago, graduated from CMC. Still got many friends there & places to stay.

Brat: Take I-70 to Silverthorn Hwy 9 to Kremling then Hwy 40 to Steamboat. Use to take us 2-2.5 hrs to Denver.

Anyways, we'll see if I come out or not

I can't. Have an autocross to go to on the 16th and my beater wouldn't make it up there anyways.
