Default Zenki Lug nut Adapter

Where can I buy the adapter that goes on top of the lon forged aluminum Zenki lug nuts? I bought SDRs and they came with the lug nuts, but the adapter is not there, so I have to use a long 19mm socket.

Anybody has one laying around or suggest a place to buy one?

That's the great thing about Zenkis: unlike those silly spline drive nuts, you don't need an adapter. If you really want to protect the finish on them--and if your wheels have enough clearance--you can use a Porsche plastic lined 19mm socket.

These lug nuts are long. I need a deepsocket to get them out. The problem is I need an adapter so that I can use the regular crow bar that comes with the car to remove the lug nuts.
