Default SE Wisconsin Dyno Advice

In the next couple weeks I will be needing to tune my 2015 WRX. Was wondering if anyone has input on West Bend Dyno Tuning?

Also, wondering about getting a pro tune or going with a AP for now.

As of date I have a Mishimoto intake installed and will be putting in an ETS turbo back in the next week or 2.

Seems more worthwhile to get the AP first to have the shop hopefully pass along some maps after they tune but still becoming familiar with the ins and outs of an accessport.

Thanks in advance!

Can you wait a month? I'm flying Sti Mikey to Chicago at the end of April.

Yeah I can hold out for sure, may still grab the accessport w/TBE maps for time being.

One of my main concerns is the Mishimoto intake states you don't need a tune as long as running 93 octane but if running 91 you need to map first or potential engine damage. I am taking a road trip to Colorado springs in about 2 weeks to meet up w/old army buddy and his Roush Mustang. He has been running his mouth about the WRX.

Would you have a suggestion about the 91 octane issue w/out AP? Half tempted to fill a few gas cans of 93 and bring with lol

Thanks!

Definitely snag the AP so you don't have to worry about different octanes. Mikey might be able to help you out with base mapping for both...

Dyno slots are filled, but he shouldn't have an issue tuning you on the street.
