Swapping aftermarket catback for oem one. Price?
I've asked 2 shops that gave me the same pricing. $60 bucks to swap them. I don't know if the prices of labour gone up or if my cheapness level gone up because when I had a shop to put it on 1.5 years ago, he only charged me $30. It was putting the car up on the hoist, 4 bolts off, taking out catback off, get the other catback on, 4 bolts, and 15 minutes later, it was done.
I don't have any tools nor do I have a garage so I can't do it myself, but is $60 the normal price for this job or was I being ridiculous cheap?

Some shops may charge a min 1hr? But yeah, half hour or do it for cash sounds more likely to me....did you offer them cash?

There's a lot of dude on here that could do it and would take a 6-12 beers in payment as well...just make sure they drink the beers AFTER.

DIY at a frds place if they have a jack, jack stands and some required tools
but $60 is not a bad deal at all |
