I can try to snag some. NOT happy at all with my Accuair E-Level setup. Even after professional installation of E-Level sensors my rears constantly auto adjust while at ride height. I have to take it out of elevel mode after airing up to get it to the correct setting. Have taken it back to the shop, as have a few of my other GR friends and they all have this issue. **** autopilot would've been better, might be pressure based but I'd rather adjust it with the weather than every single time I air up.

should've gone Airrex I've heard they don't have these issues.

The issue you're encountering is the e-Level feature "RideMonitor" is making too many adjustments for your liking. The e-Level owners manual describes how you can make this system more, or less sensitive, or disable it altogether! That said, RideMonitor works by measuring the difference in what a height sensor is showing for voltage to what the ECU has saved for your current preset. If that difference is greater than the "RideMonitor Sensitivity Level" setting, the system will attempt to make an adjustment. It is my best guess that your rear height sensors are not utilizing the full 4.0v of travel range, and therefore RideMonitor is kicking in more often than you would like.

You have a few options:
  1. Disable RideMonitor (system will NOT make any adjustements on its own)
  2. Decrease RideMonitor sensitivity (default is 8%, can be decreased to 15% lenaince)
  3. Fix your height sensors so that the system can perform better (more on this below)

Option 1 and Option 2
I would first suggest trying Option 2 as it is the quickest and easiest while still retaining the RideMonitor feature. If you decide you can live without RideMonitor (e.g., you don't mind hitting your "2" button manually when passengers get in your car) then Option 1 will be a fine solution for oyu. Both of these procedures are documented in the e-Level Owners Manual which can be found on our website's tech section here: http://bagriders.com/modlab/tech/own...4-TPAD_2.6.pdf

Option 3 - Sensor Diagnostic
As I previously explained, it sounds like your rear sensors have too little travel range. The calibration process will complete if all four sensors have 1.0v or greater difference in voltage throughout their travel range, but by fully utilizing the 4.0v range of travel you will have a better functioning system: more accurate presets and fewer adjustments by RideMonitor.

In order to test your sensor travel range in terms of what the ECU sees (i.e., voltage!), you must measure the voltage on the green wires on the height sensor harness plug while it is connected to the ECU. The green wires are on the top row of pins (the side with the retainer clip) and go from Sensor 1 to Sensor 4 from the outer edge of the plug, inward.

Measure once at max lift, and again when aired out. Properly operating sensors will read 4.5v at one end and 0.5v at the other. You don't have to utilize all 4.0v of travel range, but more is better! Also, direction of voltage does not matter, but the ECU must see more than 1.0v of change in order to complete calibration-- the greater the change, the more range of adjustment the ECU has to work with.

If the difference in voltage is very marginal (e.g., less than 2v) then every tiny little suspension height change will result in the ECU seeing a voltage change, which may in turn cause it to make an adjustment if the new reading is out of the RideMonitor "threshold". By increasing the voltage travel range of your sensors (i.e., physically, by adjusting the length of the arm, or where they are mounted on the vehicle), very slight changes in height will result in a very small change in voltage and therefore the ECU will not attempt to compensate (i.e., what is annoying to you).

Sorry for the very techy post, but I feel this is good information for the community and all e-Level owners. I hope you find this information useful and of course do not hesitate to shoot us a PM, or give us a call (toll free!) at 844 404 7344 any time M-F 9am-5pm EST. We are always happy to help!

Cheers,
Bag Riders

Thanks much for the reply as a matter of fact and measuring for the Ridepro sensors should be pretty similar I would assume I also found a video on it from ride tech so that helps also.
