Anthony appears to be making an effort to resolve our issues. I have edited my original post. Its unfortunate it had to be brought into a public forum but it seems we have finally gotten his attention. I hope things are finally resolved once and for all. We have no ill will against Anthony or Mauro so I sincerely hope he is able to bounce back from whatever problems he might have had or is having.

got em thanks Anthony, yeah i don't know why UPS sent me all those emails it was in fact delivered and I do have the adjusted invoice, havn't checked for the refund amount yet though, i will give it a couple days.

I have to say one thing. I love Anthony Mauro. He's always been good to me. He's given me excellent service and more than fair pricing. Only once did a part take forever to get here (a JDM grill), but then Anthony was the only vendor that would even order it for me. On top of everything else, he's been a good friend and all around great guy who's given me tons of advice and encouragement about modding my car.
I'm sorry that some of you have had problems, but I'm sure that Anthony will get around to making it right as soon as he can. Ant--hang in there buddy. You still have at least one fan. |

I bought a Greddy EVO 2 exhaust and a skid plate from Anthony. Everything was delivered on time in perfect condition as promised. I have only had good experiences with Mauro Motorsports.

Bad Customer Service
For the most part I hear positive things about this vendor. I decided give them a try based on this thread and I regret it now. My emails are not answered, I was able to talk to them after several atempts and had me waiting for 15 minutes, then hanged up on me. I was given an ETA of 5 days to get my wheels, it has been over two weeks and nothing. The savings from this vendor do not justify their bad customer service. I am still waiting for my wheels....

You were well aware that the springs and wheels were shipping from Prodrive in CA. Sometimes it takes a day or two to get the tracking relayed over since we're waiting for the manufacturer to deliver it, but then again you were probably made aware of this as well. If you feel the need to continue this conversation I suggest you call me in the office this coming Monday rather then use this forum as a communication device. I placed another order with Mauromotorsports and it was handled just fine. I really can't see how everyone gets so upset so quickly if they are waiting an extra day or two for a delayed ship time. I work for another wholesaler and I deal with all of this type of stuff. It simple, they place the order and you get it shipped directly from the vendor. Shipping info may be delayed because of dropship circumstances but I see so many people quick to jump the gun. Thanks for the great customer service guys and keep doing what you do.
