I'm disappointed that, with these huge hp #'s, I see no baselines for net gain.

My (previously posted) figures were about 260whp/290wtq, which represented a net gain of over 80whp and 90wtq, on the same dyno.

I think this thread is substantially pointless without baselines for comparison.

left side is race gas(vp109) right side is pump(only pump). This dyno reads a stock STi @ ~210whp/~210wtrq; do the math...

car had aps inlet, aps 65mm cai, perrin ypipe, tial 38mm external wastegate, ultimate racing uppipe, helix catless dp, greddy evo II catback.

tuned by mike@ GST motorsports(w1n!!) Look at how early and hard my torque hit

I know. We have no 1/4 mile slips unfortunately. We took it to the local 1/8 mile a couple weeks ago and only ran a 7.83 @ 88.2mph. The clutch was slipping pretty bad through all the gears. as soon as i get the chance, i will scan the slip and add it to my op. As soon as we get the chance we are going to throw the act in it and take it back to see what we can do with a good clutch!

We already have baselines on enough stock sti's here, so for me to look at the numbers, we generally know what the gains are. unfortunately we modded our car before we got the dyno, so there are no stock numbers of that actual car, BUT, we do have the ots Cobb stage 2 map where we had significant gains over that. i will pull those next week and post the overlay!

I'll admit my run at the track could have been a lot better. I was shifting at nearly 7k rpm every gear which i know now is wrong but ive only had the car a couple months at the time so i was still learning. I did get my launch down pretty good though.

i don't have drag numbers for the new tune, we did race it at CMP at NASA TT last weekend and took second in our class with it and 5th overall in a field of 30 cars both days, but here is a new graph for 100 oct tune on our vf39, stock injectors and a few minor bolt ons (mods noted in op):

449.9awtq/333awhp

1:45 at CMP, 2nd in class two days in a row, 5th overall out of 30 cars, 2nd twice at Redline Time Attack Street and 2nd overall only to a built 30r car. finished fourth in Redline points for Redline Street Class East with only two events under our belt for the season.

http://www.mylaps.com/results/showrun.jsp?id=1366756

http://www.mylaps.com/results/showrun.jsp?id=1366757

results on those links. Our track number is 04, we raced two cars so you will see our name twice, the second entry in both results pages, the name is Barry Bodine, that would be my husband. if you want perspective, at redline, we beat an element tuning car, an ams evo, and a forged performance GT-R (others as well, but that is some cars you know about) and no disrespect to the folks mentioned, but those are cars that everyone knows.
