OS GIKEN Twin Plate Clutch with sprung disc: In spite of its decreased diameter, OS Giken's clutch systems allows for extremely efficient power transfer and improved engine response. The redesigned leverage mechanism of the diaphragm spring on the center cover results in higher pressure of the clutch disk while reducing pedal effort. In addition, ventilation holes are designed to reduce heat generated inside the clutch system and allows for the friction plate dust to exit outside the clutch system, thus increasing reliability and safety. All OS Giken clutches include a corresponding performance flywheel to ensure maximum performance and unlock your vehicle's potential.

Exedy Lightweight Forged Chromoly Flywheel: EXEDY Racing Flywheels are made from solid one piece billet chromoly steel forgings. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance air flow to improve the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are milled onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel and have the possibility of separating from the flywheel. Some highlights of the Exedy flywheels include:
  • Combination of low weight and high heat capacity
  • Designed for Rally, Drag and hi-performance Street

Four years of extensive research and development lead to a new and revolutionary LSD design with the capacity to house an unprecedented number of friction plates (up to 28 plates in total) and thus the OS Super Lock LSD was born. The increased number of plates directly has not only dramatically improved our LSD design's locking force and enables it to lock fully and completely. An added benefit to being a fully locking mechanism is that less heat is generated, thus resulting in incredible durability and reliability. As always from OS Giken, our LSDs are not only made from the highest quality materials, our precise machining, forged gears, and sound engineering makes our LSDs the most durable and reliable race performance LSDs available. Some highlights of the OS Giken brand differentials are:

With large oil windows for increased flow and Cusco's original groove cut technology for improved efficiency on the clutch plates, stability and longevity is promoted. The 1.5-way Type RS utilizes coil springs located between the pressure rings to develop initial torque and features full engagement during acceleration and partially under deceleration. The use of coil springs rather than cone plates help promote faster, smoother engagement, along with higher durability. This LSD can be converted to a 2 way LSD as well.

Driveshaft Shop 1 Piece Carbon Driveshaft: Replace your OEM 2 piece wheel with Driveshaft Shop Carbon Fiber Driveshaft. Some Features of the driveshaft include.

  • 2.370" Diameter Carbon Fiber Shaft
  • 1/2 the weight of the factory 2-piece
  • Weighing in at a mere 12.2lbs for the Carbon Driveshaft
  • Carbon Driveshaft features larger, replaceable u-joints
  • The Carbon Driveshaft can withstand up to 850whp and speeds up to 180mph

By removing the factory 2-piece shaft and installing a single shaft, the car will feel more responsive due to the lighter weight of the shaft and also the fact that the hanger bearing is not moving up and down during acceleration. OS GIKEN Twin Plate Clutch with sprung disc: In spite of its decreased diameter, OS Giken's clutch systems allows for extremely efficient power transfer and improved engine response. The redesigned leverage mechanism of the diaphragm spring on the center cover results in higher pressure of the clutch disk while reducing pedal effort. In addition, ventilation holes are designed to reduce heat generated inside the clutch system and allows for the friction plate dust to exit outside the clutch system, thus increasing reliability and safety. The increased number of plates directly has not only dramatically improved our LSD design's locking force and enables it to lock fully and completely. An added benefit to being a fully locking mechanism is that less heat is generated, thus resulting in incredible durability and reliability. The 1.5-way Type RS utilizes coil springs located between the pressure rings to develop initial torque and features full engagement during acceleration and partially under deceleration. The use of coil springs rather than cone plates help promote faster, smoother engagement, along with higher durability. This LSD can be converted to a 2 way LSD as well.

Driveshaft Shop 1 Piece Carbon Driveshaft: Replace your OEM 2 piece wheel with Driveshaft Shop Carbon Fiber Driveshaft. Some Features of the driveshaft include.

  • 2.370" Diameter Carbon Fiber Shaft
  • 1/2 the weight of the factory 2-piece
  • Weighing in at a mere 12.2lbs for the Carbon Driveshaft
  • Carbon Driveshaft features larger, replaceable u-joints
  • The Carbon Driveshaft can withstand up to 850whp and speeds up to 180mph

By removing the factory 2-piece shaft and installing a single shaft, the car will feel more responsive due to the lighter weight of the shaft and also the fact that the hanger bearing is not moving up and down during acceleration. OS GIKEN Twin Plate Clutch with sprung disc: In spite of its decreased diameter, OS Giken's clutch systems allows for extremely efficient power transfer and improved engine response. Cusco Type RS 1.5way/2way Limited Slip Differential:Featuring high tension chrome molybdenium steel housing and gears the Cusco LSD is up for the task of serious competition. With large oil windows for increased flow and Cusco's original groove cut technology for improved efficiency on the clutch plates, stability and longevity is promoted. The 1.5-way Type RS utilizes coil springs located between the pressure rings to develop initial torque and features full engagement during acceleration and partially under deceleration. The use of coil springs rather than cone plates help promote faster, smoother engagement, along with higher durability. This LSD can be converted to a 2 way LSD as well.

The Exedy cerametallic friction material can handle much more abuse than stock type disc assemblies without slipping and fading. All EXEDY Stage 2 cerametallic clutch discs have sprung center dampers to reduce the impact and shock loads transmitted through the drivetrain. This is the Thick Version of the stage 2 clutch. The thick discs have better heat capacity and therefore better durability in demanding applications. Even with the thick disc, the Exedy puck designs typically have less inertia than a stock disc and work well for street, rally and track use.

Beatrush Pitching Stopper mount is a light weight, strong, and rigid. Made out of Forged 7075 aluminum alloy. It is 250G lighter than stock. Shifting is improved due to the significant reduction of front-to-back movements while the engine is under on/off throttle conditions; furthermore, it improves throttle response. Track tested for functionality by Beatrush of Japan.

Whiteline Rear Diff Positive kit bushings are designed to reduce the initial torque loss and movement through the rear differential mounts during acceleration and deceleration. These inserts fill in the voids that are in the OEM bushings and help to stiffen the rear differential. They are a great upgrade for anyone looking to improve the performance of their car.

EXEDY lightweight flywheels combine low weight, low inertia and high thermal capacity. They are designed for lightly tuned racing cars for drag racing, autocross and rally events, as well as street usage. They are made from solid one-piece billet chromoly steel or chromoly steel forgings. They are specifically designed to reduce weight and inertia for better engine response. Most incorporate special design features to enhance the airflow which improves the cooling of the clutch. The ring gear teeth are integrated onto the flywheel unlike an aluminum flywheel where the ring gear is pressed onto the flywheel and has the possibility of separating from the flywheel due to the different expansion coefficients of aluminum versus steel. EXEDY steel billet and forged steel flywheels have passed engineering tests to 15,000-18,000 rpm. They are guaranteed not to fail to the said rpm, and are all SFI approved.
