Is the MPG thin accurate?
I have been trying to find out what my car's actual MPG is... if this can do the trick why not?

From what I've read, the mileage estimates are pretty accurate when compared to the tried and true fill up the tank and record mileage method. Certainly within +-5***37;, but what's important is that it is consistent.
