Default Philips HID 6,000K bulb and JDM Projectors RHD

i know there are a lot of these already, but i need information from Step 1. I just got every thing in today and i'm reading the instructions and it does not make any sense AT ALL. I've already read the other posts and i'm so freaking lost right now. where to start... i know these two are compatible with each other because i have seen posts where they show the working version and are loving every minute of it.

1) the balast connected for the Philips kit does not match the projector connection on the JDM. i've tried putting on the philips buld, but i have to take off the fastener and the environmental cover from the JDM for it to fit.

2) other posts mention some thing about a harness... what is the harness thing and what are you guys talking about? AHHAAHAH!!!

3) can't read japanese and the drawings make it look easier than it is.

4) you think a subaru dealership will do this for me?

5) if any one could post pictures of step by step that would help, but i know that's too much to ask for. so if any one knows any place in the canoga park, tampa, reseda, simi valley, moorpark, or even LA area that will do a good job and won't rip me off on labor, please post a reply because i'm about to let this HID thing feel my High Intensity Dump-in-the-trash... not literally but you get my point. spent too much money on these stuff.

I have a similar set-up. With a Hids4less kit.
1st make sure you have the proper H1 HID bulbs. H1's do not use the typical clip and turn harness due to their small size. You should have 2 wires coming out of the bulb.
2nd- you will not be using the OE harness that goes through the cup.
3rd- you will need to drill or cut a hole large enough to slide the HID wire through and connect the bulb and ignitor/ballast. Use black Silicone to seal the hole around the wires.

Removing the headlights makes the installation much easier.
If you have time you can come down to the TGIM meet in Yorba Linda on Monday night, you can check out how I wired mine up.
