2002 WRX Want To Run Mid 12's For $4,000, is it possible
I had looked at the COBB TUNING RT Spec package, but that is $5600 installed.
I need to maintain dependabilty, and seeing as this will probably sum up my straight line mods, I wanted to do it all in one shot. Styling and suspension will come next but I aqm looking to buy a house in the next year here. So tha tis why I am looking to get it away from stock and then just making due. Here is what I was looking at: Ball Bearing Turbo $1500 Top Mount BOV $250 APS Intake $275 Uni-chip $650 pulleys (not sure liek $250 I think) boost controller (not sure here either taking recomendations) full exhaust (!cats) $1250 Front Mount Intercooler $1450 Short Throw Shifter $300 and I think that should be it. anyone have any other ideas here? I am just brain storming here I am still trying to sell my Camaro and will more than likely be ordering the WRX in spring. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. Also too if you are running these times I am looking at what did you do to get there

I am still learning here, but that looks like plain old english to me. Not trying to flame you, but if you don't have any information pertaining to the thread. Why waste your time posting? Anyone else with any input? |

You aren't getting many replies, because this is in the wrong forum. If you are looking for WRX upgrades, you should try the Factory Forced Induction forum instead. This forum is for turbocharging Subaru's that came from the factory non-turbocharged i.e. adding an aftermarket kit.
Maybe one the moderators will be kind enough to move this thread for you. If so they can delete my post But you should easily be able to get a WRX in the 12's for that amount of money. Aaron |

I would strongly recommend you flow the infectors or replace them with the STI set and larger fuel pump as the standard injectors are maxed out running 1.3 bar.
You will destroy your clutch by the take off to run mid 12's. What type of turbo are you considering upgrading to? Where did you get those prices they are way too much. When your serious drop me a line and i'll help save you money. RLYWRX |

NMyeti has less than $4000 total invested in his setup, and he ran 12.3@110.
If not, a full exhuast and a 50 shot should go mid 12s. Thats about $1200 for exhuast and $400-500 for a NX kit. Nick |
