Default Oil Leak ***

okay i just finished a full 97 jdm front clip sawp into my 97 L and after getting everything up and running i noticed smoke coming from the up-pipe. the smoke turned out to be oil leaking from the block. it seams that it just needs to be resealed or tightened up. its at the back of the block on the passenger side right where the end is bolted on to the main block. has anyone dealt with this and if so what can i do

Take it off. clean off the old silicone RTV. and reapply new RTV and no more oil problem.

Stands for room temperature vulcanization. Get some good stuff and clean off the leaking area with some spray carb cleaner first.
