Here's a cross-post:

Volk CE28N
17x9 +44 (w/ 3mm spacer)
Therefore effective offset: +41
Tire: Hankook V12 255/40 17

Front and rear fenders are rolled; no rub at all; no vibrations. Tire barely clears inside.
Suspension: BC Racing type-BR, lowered to "two finger" gaps all around.
Camber specs: 2.7F / 2.3R

Rear:

Front:

How are you running 2007 STI rims on a 2008 WRX? Hub adapter?

Hang on; to get the look you posted, you would need an adapter AND a spacer if they are truly 07 STi BBS wheels. So what's the deal?

Those are sexy as hell!!! Where did you find this? I can't find it on the axis website.

There are 5x100 to 5x114.3 spacer adapters. These things are typically 20mm or 25mm thick, so it is both a spacer AND adapter.

IMO 17's look retarded on this body style unless they are the stock wheels.... i think 18's are the way to go.

Ravspec -> those 18x9.5 are clean! nice job

some people actually prefer function over form.

Default Just the visual help I've been looking for

After poking around a bit, this looked like one of the most knowledgable threads about tire/wheel combinations. Even though my WRX is not within your particular years, would still like your input:

Up in the air about taking the time to find a nice set of gold 2004 BBS STi wheels for my 2005 WRX wagon or to just get the one set that has caught my eye of late: Prodrive GT1 18x7.5 +48. All I wan to put on them is 225/45R17s or 225/40R18s (can't go too wide; have to avoid rubbing on rear fenders) but I also want to eventually upgrade to Bembos all around.

What recommendations do you all have?

Hi all. Just got my car washed a few days ago. Here are some pics...

Wheels: Rota gravels, hyperblack, 18x8 +48
Tires: Falken Zeix 512? (can't remember exact model), size 225/40-18

Tires are a little stretched but these came from my old 7.5" wide rims... i'll be going for 235s next round.

Suspension: Koni LGT, 08 STI front springs, 09 WRX rear springs, Spec C RSB

Enjoy...
