Default Requesting the easiest way to take out rear spaeker on 99 RS

i heard u have to take out the seat.. than pannle and everthing..
is there a fast way to do this job man?

Believe it or not, but taking out the back seat is pretty fast. You need to remove 2 bolts for the bottom of the seat and three bolts for the back part of the seat. After that, you only need to remove a couple of tabs to take off the plastic backing. It just seems much worse than what it really is.

Depending on the size of your new rear speakers, you may not even have to remove the rear deck, but just remove the three child safety harnesses and carefully raise the deck to remove the old speaker and drop the new one in.

Or, if you really want to remove the speakers fast, you can always cut a circle around your speakers and let them fall through
