Default Stupid but not so stupid timing belt question..

Ok sooo I bought a new timing belt off of Ebay which was a bad idea in the first place since I could have bought a new Gates for $66 at one of the local stores. But since I am doing a total motor rebuild and still had time I ordered one offline. It was listed as a new Gates timing belt (T328) for $50 so I ordered it and it arrived yesterday and I open the beat up Gates box and there is a belt in there that is the right measurement but is labeled Contitech...

I have talked to the seller and he will refund and all but I am curious on opinion of quality from Gates vs Contitech timing belts. I am just rushing myself to get this motor back in the car. Is it junk or would you use it over Gates or the opposite.

Thanks for any input

Contitech is a good quality belt. They make a lot of oem belts for different manufacturers

I guess I'll give the Contitech belt a whirl. Thanks to all the members for their responses.
