I have had nothing but trouble with them - the WORST vendor I have dealt with on the web, car parts or anything else. It took them six months to get something that I was told I would get in six weeks, after they took my money up front. They NEVER returned my emails or phone messages until I threatened to report them to the BBB and to have my lawyer get into it. I could never get a hold of anyone there.

There's a long thread in the Venders Review section below, you may want to add to that thread instead of this one.
I have done previous flawless business with them. They have always come through, but I have never been in a hurry to receive anything from them. Right now I have a front and rear lip on order with them, Anthony told me it would take at least 4 weeks, but I believe it will take longer. Im sure everything will turn out fine for you. Patience is a virtue when you are awaiting parts from Japan ect. Anthony seems to respond quicker on the thread I mentioned above. Jay-R Last edited by dibblejr; 11-16-2006 at 12:09 PM. |

I went through HELL trying to get a perrin gt30r kit from them... I bet if you call FP personally they'll say that mauro didn't send them any money and your turbo is just sitting there waiting to be paid. Mauro lied to me many times through the process saying the same crap they are to you when they didn't even send the money...

you know i thought i was the only one having problems with them but i guess i was wrong...I ordered a helix high-flow catted downpipe from them and they said it was in stock(which means its in there warehouse)and i was told that it would ship out by the next business day.so i figured normal ground shipping it would be about a week..well i was wrong it took them about 2 1/2 - 3 wks. before i got my downpipe..and after the week pasted i called, and called,no one answered, i emailed and emailed, no response..then when i got a response on email it didn't say anything about my order.oh yea after a wk i still didn't have any tracking info to track my order, i called fedex, ups and asked them and they said they had nothing..i went as far as calling my bank and asking how to cancel a credit card sale. then i get another email stating that they had trouble with the company in Ca. about the downpipe(well if you remember i said that they said they had it in stock)well i was pissed and i called and called and finally i reached them and i asked them what was taking so long and why don't they answer there phones or email..and Anthony(which seems to be cool) said that they are short staffed and has only one telephone line so if someone is on the internet or phone they won't get through..then i needed to order a clutch kit(ACT) and i had to go through them i was scared to order but i did and i even had to pressure them about the tracking info then even though it was a 2 day delivery..but i got it in two days...i think they just need to have better customer service..

Try emailing anthony himself. I emailed him yesterday and got two back today.
Seems to work fine for me, and I have over $1000 invested in my current order and have spent over that amount in the past with absolutely NO problems. I always plan way ahead of time what I want to order, I make sure I am not in a bind by not having my parts, then I just let time run it's course. It's a mutual understanding the I have with them. They know I am not in a rush and I know they will get me my stuff when it gets in. no problems there, a lot of folks like to wait until the last minute to place an order then get bent out of shape when things go wrong. Imagine the shear volume of emails, faxes and telephone orders that goes through there office everyday. Reminds me of the commercial on TV where things are slow in the office, then the go to online sales and their office is flooded with invoices and boxes in a second. Anthony will take care of you, just email him and give him time for a reply. Jay-R |

This is absolutely ridiculous and now I don't feel like I'm the only one getting screwed here. I placed an order for a GTSpec STi splitter back on September 15th and was told it would be shipped in 2-3 days. After a week of my order status not changing I decided to e-mail them to see what was up. I was told they were not in stock, but GTSpec is nearby and they pick up stuff from them twice a week at times and it would be out by the end of the week. Come another week and my status was changed to ship within 24 hours and I was given a DHL tracking number. When nothing happened with this for another week I once again e-mailed them and was told GTSpec was out of stock and they weren't sure when they'd get them in. I decided to check with other vendors at this time to see if they had them in stock. No one else had them in stock, but they unanimously said GTSpec had them in stock and they could get them shipped out immediately, completely contrary to the multiple e-mails from Anthony stating the opposite.
I have now sent e-mails and PM's to both Greg and Anthony for the past week requesting a refund as I am no longer willing to deal with their garbage about when/if they will ever get the splitters in stock or get one shipped to me. When I started asking for a refund of the money I was charged for a part not received and a service that appears they have no intention of performing, they closed up tighter than Fort Knox. Instead of replying within a day or so as they have in the past, they just went silent. I am definitely considering a report to the BBB if I do not receive word and a refund very soon as well as seeing what can be done with my credit card company, even though the order is now over two months old. I have kept a very definite paper trail as I always do when waiting for an online transaction to be completed. If you want to get a part in a timely manner, or possibly even get it at all. Do not use these guys. I have been more than patient in dealing with them as long as they were honest, but has become glaringly obvious that they do not feel the need for honesty in dealing with customers is paramount for a good business. |

Apparently they've given up on being a business. Next thing will be a bankruptcy filing in which case we're all SOL.
