He's got 235/40/18 18×8.5, e48, 5×100 listed.. but keep an eye on offset. ALso I would call and get more input before ordering.

To give you an idea... here's what stock suspension with 17x8 e48 with 225-45-17 looks like on my ride. Not super aggressive, but better than stock.

***** He also has listed:
17×8, e48, 5×100, 235/40/17 - *** Suspension and/or Fender Mods MAY BE Required

... which doesn't make sense if he says 18×8.5, e48, 5×100 works, but they're bigger. I'd be careful and make sure before ordering!

I had 18x8 +45 235/40/18 and rubbed on hard corners and with passengers in the rear but, wasn't much of a problem.

You'll be doing good to get $13k, but the time is now if you plan on selling. Used car prices are finally coming down from the past few years when they were at record highs.

Is it this bar?

86k is a lot of miles, but that's not too far off.. it will run forever. Might have to come down to sell it quickly though. Auto trans adds value (but not to me!)

Mine's an '09 w/ 26.6k miles, 5 speed, base model, almost excellent (like 2or 3 small imperfections in paint).. It books at like $15k+, party to party, but I don't think I could get that. I think I could get $12k realistically. Maybe last year I could get KBB, but not now.. used car prices are in a steep nose dive. Don't think KBB is even on top of it yet.

I owe less than $11k though, bought new in '09, but I'm going to keep it till many years after it's paid off. Unless I come by large chunk of cash, it's going to be my car for many years! I'm glad to have it too, it's an F'ing great car.

I was offered $8k trade but just trying to get an extra few bucks and get my next car privately. Probably going to sell it to a stealership though

Plan on getting some lowering springs next week or holding off an extra week & get some coil overs.
wheels will follow right after
then exhaust

Looks good man! Just a word of advice, if you do get lowering springs get some that drop your car at most 1" or less but be prepared for them to most likely fall somewhere down the road. If you can wait and get a decent set of coil's, thatd be the way to go! What type of wheels were you thinking about buying?

Thnx man, I've been looking at them for a while & finally got to pick one up
yeah I'm conflicted between the two
might just wait off and do it right with some Coils...i was looking into the megan's

As for wheels I'm looking at 17's
16's it has right now are too small
maybe some meshies

Overall they are really great cars. If you do go coils, you should at least get some BC Br's-the price isnt too bad and they are much more reliable than megan's imo. You should also look into a good strut/spring combo-this is the route im going but it allows you to have a few more options in the long run too.
Eitherway congrats on the new car

hopefully by next month I'm be driving low!
what spring/strut combo are you using?
coil overs or any suspension adjustments won't void warranty tho right?

Won't void it but they'll deny work if they can prove the aftermarket suspension caused or lead to the problem.

Dude tell me about it, I deposit my paycheck and spend nearly all of it within 2 hours for stuff for my car
Im going with koni sport (yellows) with RCE yellow springs.

and this.Worst case is you could just switch over to your old suspension and bring it in for "warranty" work

It's been a while since I've posted here, but since my 2.5i recently hit 10,000 miles, I thought a fresh picture was in order. Next to it is my new toy I got about 2 weeks ago. Extremely fun bunch of cars!
