Default Best Size Tire for a 18x7.5 Rim.. 02 WRX Sedan

Hey guys im going to be picking up some enkei evo 5's 18x7.5 w/ 45mm offset... and i need some tires. I need to know what kind of tires will:

a: fit nice
b: aspect ratio(depth) will be thick enough

i really dont wanna run a 35 series tire, so im wondering how big can i fit on there.. this will be for street use and maybe a little strip(very occasionally).

Also.. car has intrax lowering springs, let me know! Thanks
