Question What the...is this the same car? (sorry about huge pics)

(I apologize for the huge pics and the woman. I'll edit them out if anyone thinks I should).

Is this the same car?

The fender flares got me thinking, because I thought that Byron guy had his custom made. Why is the intercooler white?

Certainly looks like the same car to me. Even the small stick on the windshield is the same.

www.autoimaging.com (GoZigen on the board) can get you C-West stuff for 10% off retail. Try his email at [email protected] or [email protected]. That or call em at 1 952 842 9131.

Nice kit huh?

That has to be the same car. Check the:
-sticker on winshield
-wheels
-side mirrors
and obviouly the body kit.

I think that someone said that Byron has
C-West for a sponsor. I hear that his car is helasiouly fast.
Brainlock, the hood scoop is on backwards because having it that way, it acts like a vacuum to take the heat out of the engine compartment created by the huge turbo.

Check out www.highperformanceimports.com another cool BBS.

Yeah, what's the point of the reversed scoop? Trying to be Lancer Evo or what?

Yes, I do believe that is Byron Leggett's car. If you look carefully at the decals/paint job on the second picture, you can barely make out the URL for b-spec behind the model - http://www.b-spec.com.

LaterZ!

well he has a front-mounted intercooler, so it would make more sense to have it reversed.

that is Byron's car - I talked to him there at SEMA. He claims 587HP at the crank and over 200MPH, I'm taking him up on his offer for a ride I'll report back soon. I know Joel Gat rode in it and I hear he was very impressed.

p.s. the girl is Aylen - she was working the KAAZ stand where Byron's car was displaying. (She's not single, sorry guys!)

It's the same car.

Believe the hype!

It was at SEMA in the KAAZ booth as part of his devotion to their products. I'm sure he's running a KAAZ rear diff but i'd bet it's safe to say that his center and front might also be from them.

Byron is a very cool guy and he's made the fastest street-legal Subaru in the US AFAIK.

I find it very cool that he's using the best Subaru engine block available, the 2.2l US-Turbo, the same one that's in my 93 Legacy

heh. I've talked with Byron about dropping my car off at B Spec for a conversion. I'm waiting for itemized quotes from all parties, but I'm giving it a couple of weeks, due to SEMA.
