Default do i need alignment?

I bought my 03 wrx w/ aftermarket rims but now i got the stock wheels back on. I heard that if you switch rims you should do an alignment. It doesent feel like its pulling left or right, but is it possible imight have to adjust the camber? do i need alignment?

It isn't really necessary. Watch your tires, see how they are wearing. Irregular wear patterns usually means bad components in the suspension and wear that is concentrated one side or another means you need an alignment.

If it drives good and the steering wheel can find center on a flat road, you are fine, most likely.

You can swap wheels/tires back and forth like crazy. In most cases, an alignment will hold very well. I had my car aligned in Nov 2004, put lowering springs on it in June, and just had it aligned again 2 weeks ago. Alignment was still in spec all around. An alignemnt once a year, or every 15K miles is a good preventative measure. But typicaly, you shouldn't have to worry about it unless you hit something.

In keeping an eye on your tires, every now and then run you bare hand back and fort over the surface of your tires. Sometimes you'll be able to feel some wear patterns that you may not necessarily see. Some wear patterns can be cause by things other than alignment being out of spec.
