Talking how hard is it to register a RHD in cali???

hi everyone im debating on getting a 92 legacy wagon that's RHD to add to my list.
how hard would it be to registered in california??
it was registered as a personal vehicle in washington but used as a mail delievery vehicle.
it still have washington plates on it.
it's a 92 so it should be OBDI so for smog inspection i would imagine visual, timing and then two speed idle test with sniffer.
or would i have to worry more then just those three area's???
n e one with some insight would be awesome.
thanks,

I dont see why it would be any different. Im sure it shows that it is RHD somewhere in the VIN so it should come to no surprise to whoever is doing the inspection.
