Default San Antonio or DFW Mechanic/Shop Recommendations?

I'm recently in need of getting my engine block replaced and I'm hoping someone on here has good recommendations for a mechanic or shop that can help me out.

Looking in San Antonio or the DFW area. Potentially somewhere in between as well.

Thanks.

Not sure if you are still looking, but I would highly recommend AWD Tuning (https://www.awdtuning.com) in DFW.

They are in Flowermound specifically, and do work on a lot of Subarus. Super nice people and willing to answer any/all questions you may have.

They did my clutch after I burned it at the track (noob move, I know), and I go to them for all my tuning as well.

Can't recommend AWD Tuning as they did not do a good job the last times I used them. Good shop in San Antonio is Six Star Auto Repair over on the east side.

I'd recommend Kraken Motorsport https://kraken-motorsports.com/. They have always done good work on my car.
