Default Spark plug recommendations

I've searched pretty well on the subject of spark plugs but everyone seems to have different opinions on them and different setups.

Simple enough what spark plugs should I get for my setup?

I'm going to be doing a setup thats really close to that soon, and I'm planning on getting some NGK one step colder plugs.

I actually just searched and found what I was needing. I just ordered some NGK 1 Step colder BKR7E's and some MAF Cleaner (cars been wanting to stall some lately).

Can I ask where you found those plugs online? Are they Platinums or Iridiums? I'm seeing the one step colder Iridiums at around $50...but I'm looking for the Platinums.

They are 1 step colder copper and should be good for 30,000 miles. www.advanceautoparts.com then search for BKR7E $2.99 ea.

Right on...thanks for the help! Spark plugs are the last thing I need for the project. Haven't checked the local auto parts stores yet...I'm sure they have what I'm looking for...but it's good to have a backup.
