Default Where to buy height adjustment rings for Helix DNA's?

My brand new Helix DNA coilovers seized in under a year with about 15-18k on them. Where can I buy replacement rings? The top 2 rings seem to move fine, but the lower rings that lock on the bottom are seized.

I used a rubber mallet and a punch, a steel mallet and a punch, and let them sit in auto trans fluid for a week. None of them worked so I'm going to cut the damn rings off and put new ones on. Perhaps a ring from another brand will work?

I contacted Gruppe-S and am waiting for a response.

Help. Thanks.

Did you try smashing the rings against your pecks, sir?

Silly question... is that section of the shaft reverse threaded? Maybe you're turning them the wrong way?

That being said, if you bought them brand new I'd contact the seller and ask for their Helix contact. Under a year old - they should help you out.

I tried but the vendor can't help. I was told to contact Gruppe-S... which is probably the worst company out there.

I checked the site and there is no mention of replacement rings.

Another member PMed me the following link. I sent the seller a message asking if it would fit Helix DNA coilovers.

UPDATE:

The body shop just called and they got all 4 coilovers free without snapping the rings.

I'm going to stop updating this thread but if anyone else is interested, feel free to bump it.
