Default Impreza Reflector LED Retrofit

This is a quick & easy mod for the Impreza , I had a fellow member do the LED's for me and I installed it in just 45 minutes complete with wiring, soldering, shrink wrapping. I will do a walk through instal when I take the rest of the pictures.
Thanks Chris!

Default fitment?

any idea if those will fit on the crosstrek? it looks like you have those lights on a 2012-13 non wrx hatchback (then i know they will fit) but the lighting makes it kinda hard for me to tell.

I really want to use one of those lower reflector spots for a rear foglight. Great link!

I ordered these today. I haven't decided if im gonna do brake or turn signals. I'm leaning towards brake cuz the oem turn are amber and the two different colors would look weird.
Any opinions?

Brake, or just additional tail lights. But hey, that's just me!

Installed mine as additional brake lamps last Friday afternoon. Couple of things to note for the units I posted a link above:

The pre-wired pig tails are too short to comfortably work with. Had to extend wiring.

They're not nearly as bright as the stock tail lamps in brake mode. They do add some added safety, but they're nowhere near as bright as what the OP posted in the first post.

Oh well. They're in.

News Mine are very very bright, look @ picture on OP

mine are custom made by someone here on the forums, they are not from any website, and he can also make them two stage if you like. His name is Chris, but I rather not put his contact info on here and maybe I can post his club name & you guys can contact him directly.

I know yours are custom made (and REALLY bright!)

I'm happy with the one's I bought from Custom LED service, but wish they'd been as bright as yours. None the less, they work for additional brake light safety!

Rock on brother!
