Default ecu management?? do I need it??

ok, my mods include a Helix uppipe/downpipe, Greddy Evo exhaust, greddy blow off valve, Injen CAI and Greddy Front mount...

my question is, with these mods should I get the E-manage (keep in mind I get the E-manage for a very good price)?? or another ecu management unit??? is it necessary to run a full tune on the car?? don't want to mess up my engine or anything.. I know I'm losing boost from the FMIC, but I'm plannin on goin upgraded turbo in the future... plus it just looks sooo bad ass.. (got a really good deal on it as well....)

Thankx for the info....

Jai

If you are going for big hp and doing a lot of mods over time. I would go utec, or stand alone. But if you are just looking for a vf30/34 size go with a reflash for $600. You are running a FMIC with the stocker? That nice "bling" must go well with the blinging bov.

Lets put it this way, with uppipe downpipe and cat back on the dyno I made 10 whp more then a stock car. After getting my car dyno tuned with a reflash I made another 42whp (thanks pdx tuning!). To leverage your mods, you really need some kind of management.

i would research the e-manage first

iirc it can control fuel on a wrx but not timing

unless your an acomplished tuner ... get a reflash
