Question Ok to replace just one tire?

I had a flat yesterday and replaced my stock potenza with about 10K miles on it with a new potenza. Should I been concerned with anything about replacing 1 tire?

It's not the ideal solution of course but likely you will be ok, just my take on it.

People always say you can't. Bad for the diffs. Personally, I can't see how this is possible. How often are you ever driving DEAD straight (where the diff wouldn't be working? I'd say next to never. +1 for go ahead and change it...
