Default Praise for Rota: Great Customer Service!

About a month ago I smashed one of my Rota Downshift rims when it hit a fire hydrant. I tried to order a replacement from subydude and found out they didn't have any left in my color (Royal Steel Grey) and Rota didn't have any either in the US.

It's going to be weeks until a new batch of RSG Downshifts will be availible in the US.

ANYWAY, I really like the downshifts and didn't want to buy a complete new set of rims. Also, I couldn't get my car fixed/back from the dealer until I had a replacement wheel.

I posted on here and talked to Rota and they helped me out big time. They had a new Downshift in Sport Bronze at their US factory/headquarters. They were kind enough to send me this rim for FREE to put on my WRX until a new batch of Royal Steel Greys are availible in the US.

So my car is fixed and running on this new/free bronze downshift until I can get a new one in my color and send back the loaner.

Anyway, to cut this short, Rota helped me out big time and went above and beyond to help me get my car back quickly. I felt I should share this information and extend my praise to Rota and recommend their products to everyone!

Thanks again!

-Chris

it was stories like this a few years ago that led me to purchase my Attacks. Along with Whiteline, Rota has proven itself to be the most responsive and customer service oriented manufacturer of Suby-related products.

IMO, they deserve their success...

It's nice to hear good things about vendors, since most of the time people find initiative to post when they're pi$$ed. Nicely done.
