Question 2004 STi - Timing belt and water pump set

Hello, I need to replace my timing belt soon. I have 2004 EU-spec STi (265hp 2.0 turbo). I have found a set on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Subar...mZ350077278392

Sorry for the long link. Dunno how to shorten it though.
Is that set a complete timing set?
Will it fit my engine?
Why is there water pump w/gasket included as well?
Is it recommended to replace water pump when replacing timing set too?

I'll appreciate all the answers.

From the way you have presented the question I would recommend having a local dealership handle all of this for you.

Also, while this kit may fit your car, when dealing with pumps and belts I've always found it best to go with OEM parts only.

We don't know as we don't get into eBay items. You will have to handle this through eBay or visit your dealer and get the right stuff.
