02 Bug eye with Gt35 R Turbo, 2.5 Short block, Ecutek
This car has stock 02 WRX heads and a 2.5 L short block
The car runs the Ultimate Racing Gt35 R kit and is using the cold air intake that comes with the turbo kit. Its a stock size maf tube. We tuned it to 20 psi when the MAF was maxed out and in need of a larger MAF, etc. Car was on ecutek. It will be interesting to see when the customer comes back with a big maf and then activates his alcohol injection. AL

You should start dynoing on the same settings all the time... Everytime i see a chart it has a different smoothing factor, etc.. Makes it harder to judge, it'd be alot better if it was all the same.. What's the reason for running different smoothing settings on every other car??

Moving the smoothing from 0 - 2 does not have a signficant effect on the apperance of the chart. Never the less, I will pull another dyno sheet with xero smoothing and post within the next day or so.

tranny
Jap spec STi NA 5 speed with strengthened internals and a 4:44 rear end. Adam from Z1 hooked me up. This was supposed to go into his car but he sold it and I was the beneficiary and it is a very rare piece. So far, it has held up very well. I have been driving this car daily with well over 400hp for a long time now but I very, very, very rarely stress the tranny.

Was told by George this morning that the car was actually at 18 psi, not 20 when the run was made that yielded 409whp.

New dyno
Ok Al, time to post the new dyno. The car is finished and you put the bored out MAF in it so I am expecting a much higher HP number than the previous dyno sheet. Prove me right.
