Default Recurring CEL, yet "no problem codes found". Datalogs included

I'm really praying someone can explain this issue to me.

I have an 06WRX MT. I have been running Cobb stage 1 for about 55,000 miles (currently at 64,000). Recently, I got my first CEL. It went away for some unknown reason, perhaps after I filled up the tank. Soon enough (<500 miles) it came back.

Here is how I approached this: I recently connected my Cobb OBD-II cable to my car and laptop via serial and tried to pinpoint the trouble codes with the latest version of ecuExplorer. Oddly enough, my car model did not show up in the tree on the left (as it has in the past), it just was blank. I was still able to monitor live data, but there were no trouble codes, neither current or historic. I then connected my AccessPort to see the trouble codes. The AP told me there were No problem codes found. I reset the ECU and the CEL went away for about 5 minutes until it came back. I decided to log some data so I can post it here. I found that I did not exceed 4.9psi, even with a heavy foot.

I then decided to reflash my base map to the stock (married) map. The CEL once again went away and I started to achieve around 12psi or so. However, the CEL came back eventually, but I was still hitting 12psi. The AP still tells me that no trouble codes were found. Every time I clear it, it comes back.

I logged some data prior to flashing back to stock, in the hopes that someone who knows enough about the data can easily spot something. I logged as many parameters as I could before the ecuExplorer software simply stopped polling.

If anyone can look at the data I'd really appreciate it. I can also log some more data with parameters you think would give more information.

The csv files can be accessed here:

http://elvis.rowan.edu/~karnic08/run1.csv
http://elvis.rowan.edu/~karnic08/run2.csv

run1 is driving around town, run2 is driving on a major highway with no traffic lights.

I zipped them both up here if your browser displays them poorly.

Thank you in advance.
