I'm thinking about making my own alcantara shift boot. I have a sewing machine so it shouldn't be too difficult.

There should be a pattern website for automotive interiors. Shift boots, seat covers, etc. Just print, cut, and sew.

Hahahha, I knew my reply would generate such a response. I actually took interior trim pieces out of my brother's Gsr and put them in my car. You know, for added pieces of flare.

My solution: take this "break" time to do some work on yourself. Go in with Nick on a roll of Alcantara and wrap your brajole and coin purse is silky smooth loveliness. She won't be able to resist.
