2002 Subaru Impreza WRX
Automatic transmission 73,xxx miles Excellent Condition The car has been meticulously cared for including Mobile 1 fully synthetic oil changes every 3,000 miles. At 60,000 miles the transmission fluid and engine coolant were flushed. The car has NEVER had any mechanical issues and runs perfectly. The WRX has painted side skirts, PW, PDL, PM, OEM 6 disk in-dash CD changer with brand new OEM subwoofer, spoiler, etc. I also purchased the Extended Warranty which is bumper to bumper up to 93K miles and good at any Subaru dealership. The warranty is transferable. The car has never been in an accident and the Carfax is clean. I'll take $13,500 or best offer. My buddy works at the Carmax in Richmond as a buyer. They are scam artists that rip you off on trade-in values. Also, never buy a car there because they are overpriced and do not negotiate like most places.
CarMax is for suckers! |

There are alot of variables when trading in a car. It is almost impossible to get a good deal at any BIG car lot unless they have been sitting on something for 6+ months, or there is a factory incentive that you werent aware of that they took advantage of without telling you, there are even incentives for the units on lot that have been there for over 6 months, just to move inventory. I'm not trying to tell you that you got screwed just like everyone else. I am just saying that there are more variables to buying a car then the price on the paper you sign.

I didn't buy anything at Carmax, I wasn't gonna do the private seller thing, and the tradeins I was offered sucked worse. I'm not claiming I did well, but it was far and away the best non-private-sale price I found.
