I at the 5TFFS and I will do what you stated drive it some more on the highway etc gauge the the bumps I normally go over when im on the freeway near me.. And adjust it accordingly.. I will post back in a few days to see where im at on the settings.. In the juggernaut mode I was being vary wary of the bumps I know because I basically remember them all. And would have to slow down crazy to avoid the stiffness of the setup.

Thanks again
BTW adjust all 4 corners at the same time until you hone it down to the window. Then fine tune each end from there.

You don't have to just be on the freeway... 30-50 mph roads will do too.

Since we're not competing at the National level, etc; my philosophy is to get the car to a "working" level. Then it's more about the driver than anything else. WRC drivers would beat us with two blown tires and a busted up car... all about the driver.

Ok... I readjusted mine again

RSR Ti2000 springs
17x9 Enkei RPF1s
235/45 17 Goodyear Eagle GTs

I set the front to 6 from full stiff..

It almost rides like stock now completely

I've been searching and thought this might be the best place for my question. I have a MY2005 Legacy GT with tokicos and swift sport springs. The spring rates are 241lb/in F and 370 lb/in R.

Any suggestions on the settings for this combo? Should the rear be stiffer than the front? Thanks.

^^^Given your rear springs are considerably stiffer than the fronts, yes, your damping setting needs to be stiffer. I can't tell where to set the adjuster to as you'll have to figure this out by trial and error.
