The MY2127 is the fastest STI ever built or to be built hands down. Your model year by far is the slowest STI every built by subaru.

Instead of words why don't you buy two track days for yourself and this other person and figure it out on the track. I am pretty sure you will soon come to realize that neither you or this other person can drive the car to its fullest and so it does not matter which is faster, but more so who is the better driver.

What are you wanting us to answer again? Why you didn't research what car is fastest in high school parking lots trying to impress the junior high girls on the school busses?

Aren't the newest years of a car always the fastest (stock)? At least when it comes to cars that have speed as a goal.
