Default Rally Armor UR care

Searched around and found some ways to clean the "pretty" side of rally armor urethane mud flaps, but what about all that nasty grime on the insides? I'm a little hesitent to go all willy nilly with bug and tar remover on them just in case it has damaging effects. Has anyone found a good way to get tar and crud off the insides without damaging them? Thanks!

Bug and tar remover isn't going to hurt them. I clean them and then wipe them down with 303 on both sides. Still look pretty much new after plenty of use.
