Default Heaviest duty clutch for a cable operated 5spd?

I am going to be using a cable operated 5spd from a older leagacy and i am going to running about 280ft lbs through it. I wont have that much money and was wondering what you would recommend for a clutch? I am not going to be abusive to the trannie but i would still like to able to use the power i have. Thanks

As long as it's a push-type clutch, you can use it. Look at stage 3 clutches from any one of the brands floating around.

So any no turbo clutch would work, and the 04+ wrxs? I thought the ej25 non turbo had a different spine count for the clutch it self? Thanks

All the non-turbo clutches are interchangable except for the FWD application.

Others may have part numbers to get more specific....but a HD ACT would likely be just fine.
