Default Curious how much Timing @ WOT you guys see??

Just curious really-

How much total timing are you seeing under WOT at say: 4000rpms, and where does it end up at around 7000rpms???

Even though I'm running a vf39 at high altitude, I'd be curious to see what kind of numbers you guys are running with setups different than my own.. (and of course what kind of gas are you running)...

Just want to see what others are seeing... thank you for posting!!

Aspen area. Had my first WRX--bone stock--at sea level and the thing rocked. Here at over a mile high I need stage 2 to get that same feeling. This thin air is tough on the forced induction--though it seems to hit my n/a motorcycle even harder.

I hear you, I lived at Sea Level many years ago.... whole different animal.
With my vf39 at 17-18psi I see engine load numbers higher than the modified TD04 logs I've seen at Sea Level... but not by much.... shoot, now that I have launch control and the STi IC / splitter... I might be able to squeeze out a 13.2ish up here...

Partially why I'm interested in other peoples timing- up here we can run a bit more timing.. not to mention my 18psi up here translates to 15.something psi relative to sea level... and with a vf39 only producing 15.5psi a little extra timing doesn't hurt...

But yea, if anyone wants to through up some numbers, I'm real curious to see what you guys are running... thanks

Timing at 4k WOT in 3rd 13D.... advancing to 28.8d at 6800.. with a knock correction that follows pretty closely of 5.5 advancing to 10degrees at 6800...

Don't really know how to make total timing out of that but next time I log, I will log total timing.

This is a 2002 stage II Wrx with GM MBC, 17.2lbs. Around 900ft above sea level.
