Default Help with NGK Iridium Spark plugs one step colder # 6 for my 04 STi?

I am going to do a 30,000 mile tune up for my 04 STi, was told to buy NGK Iridium one step colder Spark plugs # 6. But when i try to look for them online i find 2 different plugs, the BKR6EIX NGK Iridium IX and the BKR6EIX-11 NGK Iridium IX SPARK PLUGS. I am not sure which is the right one to get, or if they are the right number 6 spark plug for my car. If anyone knows more about this please help me out. Thanx

What are your mods? Chances are you have no reason to be going 1 step colder.

With those mods you have you're fine with OEM spark plugs. If you're just doing a 30K check-up then you don't need step colder plugs, just replace with another set of new OEM's.

Check this thread also, it helps:

You will be sacrificing some power, increasing emissions, decreasing plug life, etc running one step colder when they are not needed. If you really feel that you must have one step colder, a good vendor to snag them from is linked below and eliminates needing the part number. Also check out this sticky.
