Default In car vids of my RS at autox today

Atlanta autox today.

FTD was 49.888

I ran in STS with an intake, exhaust, a front stb and a rear sway bar. The guy who won also has an RS but he has coilovers. His best was 53.4 or something.

First run - Still a little wet from the pouring ran that ran throught and **** on the third group. Notice the customary wiper turn on and getting a little sideways through the slalom.
59.7 sec.

Second run - a little better but I hit on cone on the slalom.
57.5 sec. +1

Third run - better again but I "apparently" got another cone on the ****ing slalom
55.6 sec. +1

Last run - I was ****ing tired, took the slalom easy just get through.
56.7 sec.

Here is a 9 meg vid of me just wandering though the pit looking at the cars, there were some sweet ones there.

Thanks to MIke (FlyEX #1) for letting me use the camera.

Oh, its a little shaky cause the camera mount is ultra ghetto fab, it cost under 5 bucks to make so it gets the job done.

Met a lot of cool Subaru guys and look forward to going back again to Atlanta.

I am downloading them now. Thanks for putting these up! I am going to a autoX on the 28th of April, and I really want to get a feel for the action beforehand.

Jeez, what a horrible place for an auto-x with those walls all around like that! Every one ive been too has had everything much farther away from the course than that... And that course didnt look very fun either

The walls were way off so it was fine.

I fixed the url's so 3 and 4 and 1 arent the same now.

Nice meeting you yesterday! I didn't realize you were not from Atlanta, drop me a line sometime when you head back this way.

The course was actually VERY fun, it was a really fast course as well which was nice. Those walls are actually not "that" close . Bummer part is there has only been one person to have an incident with one, and he happend to be in a WRX .

I think Turner Field makes an excelent AutoX spot, the lot is HUGE. There was a big turnout of RS's and WRX's which was cool. One of my faster times was when the track was wet, go figure. I'll post the link to the times of the day when they are online.
