Have you actually tried contacting them about the delay? (if there is one) Nothing wrong with asking them directly, better answer than what we'll give you.

Is this a joke? They couldn't make their phone number clearer on their website.

Pick up the phone.

No, figured I'd just ask to see if there was some standard wait.

Holiday weekend=nothing gets done.

I ordered a part on June 29th, I think they shipped it today (yes it was in stock). Just take it easy and find something else to do.

Thanks, just checking to see what people thought about it. I figured it wasn't worth a phone call.

I've ordered may things from them. I live in RI, and it usually takes about a week, unless it's getting drop shipped from another manufacturer (ie, SEIBON Hoods, ships from Cali.). Many distributers do this. I would check with them because I believe they have a statement that if an item is on back order >2 wks. then they will cancel the order and credit your money unless you contact them.
They have always been very helpfull when I had to call them.

When I ordered some brake pads from JSC it took a while because they came from the distributor, I don't believe JSC keeps a massive stock of stuff, but they have very good prices, don't worry you'll get your stuff.

everything from Cobb is on back order, so don't expect quick deliveries.

I ordered a AP from another vendor at it took 2 weeks just because Cobb is behind on orders. JSC is great. They overnighted me a set of pistons when another vendor didn't get them for me. Your AP is on the way

The only thing I don't like is that they use FedEx ground requiring a signature at delivery. It is much easier to use the USPS for this service so that in the event you aren't home at delivery time, you can just go to your local poast office. I bet it's cheaper than using FedEx as well.

+1 for these guys. Very good service and nice prices. I notice that good vendors are few and far between.

I found a great deal on a turboxs tbe from another vendor, but could not contact them. Called JSC, and they price matched the the other vendor. Recieved my exhaust three days later. My only complaint is the bottom of the box was tore open slightly, and some of the hardware fell out (it was only extra hardware they had put in the box, all the hardware was in bags taped up)
More than likely it was tore in shipping.

This is the only time I've ordered from them so far.

I dont know, when I had my shortblock delivered from JSC SPeed via Fed-Ex it was nice to have to actually sign for it....instead of UPS, who would just leave it sitting by the mailbox for anyone to take.
Besides if you're not home they leave a slip which you can sign, authorizing them to leave the package in your absense.
