Woah buddy. No need to get all color-changing about it it's unlikely that he just changed the little slots. it's probably a full sedan bumper, but I can't see it clear enough to tell. If you want the look you may as well do the whole bumper so you open up your lip options and can do the fenders if you want the look.

Contemplating swapping my STi sideskirts for WRX skirts... am I the only one that feels that the STi skirts don't mesh well with the EGR rear lip?

I don't think it works either plus with the sti you can see the pinch welds... I vote you go back to wrx... it'll make you look lowerz
