Woof...I was bulking a while back on 3500, and struggled to get in those calories from good foods (Getting that much from junk is pretty easy).

I have been drinking a lot of calories, making calorie dense shakes. Using a ton of Dark Chocolate Pb&Co..

Todays breakfast was:
1.5 Cups egg whites
1 scoop vanilla protein
2tbsp dark chocolate pb
1tbsp organic shredded coconut
1tbsp oganic coconut oil
2tbsp hemp hearts
1 cup frozen organic spinich

Tons of fat..

Geeze. My breakfast is a 160 calories 30 grams of protein 5g of carbs shake. That's it usually until lunch.

My breakfast is a cup of coffee. Sometimes I live dangerously and mix in some sugar free hot cocoa.

But then lunch comes around



and then another 100g protein meal or 2 depending on the day.

Chest/shoulders today. Shoulder is feeling better. 110x4 dumbbell incline felt good. 225x5 paused flat bench sets didn't seem to hurt too bad either. Might start going heavy on bench again if I can get back up to 275x5 without pain.
