Default STI impressions and questions

Just passed 100 miles on the ODO on my Pearl Blue 06 STI...
The break in period has me chomping at the bit. Trying to be good, but have swung the tach past 4K a couple of times (my 19 month old daughter goes "whee" when I do )

questions:

1) how many people were good about the break in, and is it worth it?

2) The intercooler sprayer...when do you use it if ever, and do you notice a difference?

3) I've read other places that subaru trannies are "tight" for a few hundred miles, true?

4) I'm looking for excuses to drive the car (need more milk, dear?), is that a sign of addiction? Does it ever go away?

5) Why don't the seats have a tilt adjust function? Any aftermarket solutions?

1.I just drove mine like I will be driving it (read:hard edit:i didnt red-line it more than twice, but shifted at around 6500 alot). I havent had any trouble and it feels real strong.

2.I use it if I have been sitting @ a light for awhile in the direct sun(my car is black so it attracts heat). I have noticed a slight to moderate difference when I use it, esp when its above 60+. Right now I hardly use it.

3.Yea, mine felt 'tight' for a bit, now its loosend up a bit and I am thinking about a short-shifter.

4.Nope, I have had mine since October and since I love close to some real fun roads and the Sierras, its super hard.

5.I wonder the same thing
