I'm willing to guess he has the Yakima setup, based on the fact that it looks like the cross bars are round. The basket is definitely a Yakima model, you can see the logo surrounded by stickers.

^^^^ it is so clean. I like it a lot. What are you wheel and tire sizes. Also what did you use to lower it. I want that kind of super clean look.

Wheels are 17x8 and it is on cobb springs, says the caption before the pictures
