I did two years in oki, 2002-2004. I had a good time being stationed at Camp Hansen. I left just before the liberty cards and nonsense started.

I think Japan is where you want to be when it come to subies.... I haven't seen a 22B, s202, s203, type r, type ra, spec c, forester sti or any of the cool aftermarket stuff readily available in California.

I think Japan would be cool if you weren't a boot. They have so many restrictions from what I've heard. Many people do not like it. I think if you were a Ssgt or something it might be pretty cool. Just my thoughts I have never been personally.

Eh you'll be fine Micheal. It only takes a few hours to go away. Just do not let the water run down your body when you wash your face. I have seen people let it run down to their balls. Not good.

Obviously have either never been OC'd or never tried milk bc it doesn't do anything I actually know from first hand experience.

I fixed your typographical error there sailor. If someone didn't have a good time in Japan they were doing it wrong. Mainland is nothing like Oki so far as restrictions go from what I gather, and even with the restrictions I'd much rather be in Oki than here. Man some Family Mart chicken would be good right about now, or some yakiniku, or soba, or ramen...mmmm.

young marines have to be back by 9:30, can't leave Oki to go to mainland, and all kinds of other crap. It's bad.
