From a few helpful Nasioc members, this Japanese purchase ended up being very rewarding. They are take-offs from a limited edition JDM STi V1. The thread - - - - - - http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1862358

Again, this car belongs to Myles at RaceComp Engineering. Those 19's look ****ing tits on there!! Making it hard for me to decide on 19x8's or 18x8's.

Mmm... The Enkei RS-V; probably the least expensive and a pretty cool wheel.

Just got a new set of Enkei NT03's 18x9.5 +40 powdercoated gloss black, with an additional clear coat. wrapped in 265/35/18 nitto nt555 (just for daily driving, i have a spare set of track wheels)

I failed to research and didnt know that anything 18x9.5 or larger in enkei (nt03/rpf1) wont clear the front sti brembo calipers.

Im awaiting custom spacers being built and purchased some longer ARP wheel studs. The fronts are gunna be sticking out quite a bit, more then i wanted..But its the only way to get em to work. Hopefully it doesnt look too bad.

You only need a 10mm in the front. You could have got a +27 offset that clears the brembos also.

This, and you have a 08 so it will fit just fine. I have them on my bugeye, and my fenderwelss are small in comparison to the 08+sti's.

Too late..Like I said I didnt realize. Thought It would fit since ive rocked other wheels that are 18x9.5 with higher offset..And I was dumb and didnt test fit. Once I got them powdercoated and wheels mounted that was the point of no return.

A wheel shop took measurements, and said i need at least 12mm to clear the calipers and thats what they ordered. They are hubcentric spacers that fit the 56.1 hub bore, and the 72.6 enkei's.

Hopefully 2mm isnt a huge difference in looks. Since I keep hearing people only needing 10mm. if it is a hige difference and 10mm is only needed 100% sure, maybe I can contact the shop they have make the spacers, and have them cnc the spacer down 2mm

^^Yeah, Im using regular hub spacers in 10mm and have about 1-2mm clearance at the tightest point. Your going to have an effective 28mm offset with 12mm spacers.
