idle at 200-300 rpm? after its warmed up and everything it will idle really really low. 250 is about average for it being warm.

There is no 200-300 rpm. The Tachometer starts at 500, so its actually idling at 700-800, which is normal for my car.

Yes, the EJ25's are known to idle low. Mine does the same.

yeah it's when it idles so low that the car starts to buck like it is about to run out of gas that you need to worry. or it idles from real low, then to about 2-3k RPMS back and forth. i've had that problem due to bad temp sensors before.

As long as your car doesn't shut off its fine. Plus if u put a loud exhaust on the low idle helps passing the db test

An exceptionally low idle can actually harm the crank and rod bearings. I've heard of this happening specifically in V-Twins like HD, when the owners will turn down the idle so it sounds cooler.

I doubt it's actually idling that low. Like has been said, tach starts at 500, so the only way you could know it was idling lower was if you had a computer that could monitor that. 700 is about normal, which would be the 2nd tick on the tach.
